What would you do if one of your top interview candidates had an unprofessional website?

If one of my top interview candidates had an unprofessional website, I would first assess the content on the website to determine if it reflects poorly on their character or work ethic. I would then address the issue with the candidate during the interview, asking them about the website and giving them an opportunity to explain or rectify the situation. Depending on their response and the nature of the content, I would consider how it aligns with the values and standards of the organization before making a final decision on their candidacy.
