What do you do when your potty-trained 3-year-old starts peeing her pants on purpose?

Ignore her. She may be doing it to get your attention or to push limits. Only give attention and positive reinforcement when she goes on the potty. This will show her she will not receive any attention (either good or bad) for not using the bathroom.
