What large group of islands does Caribbean island make up?

The Caribbean islands make up the Greater Antilles and the Lesser Antilles. The Greater Antilles includes larger islands such as Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola (Haiti and the Dominican Republic), and Puerto Rico.
