Bill of rights of any two countries and the name of the country where these are voilated?

While I can't speak for any other nation, the US has a Bill of Rights, yet such is violated daily in nearly every state of the nation, within her prisons primarily, and such is permitted by the Supreme Court, subjegating the rights of the one or few to their interpretations of the rights of society as a whole.
