you should eat food that is low in fat and sugar. No soft drinks. No chips. No fast food. No cupcakes or other cakes.
instead of junk food, eat fruit and vegetables and fish and chicken and drink water.
because you are eating good food, don't eat lots of it. You can try to only have 3 main meals a day, if you find it difficult to change your diet entirely. Do not skip breakast!
