Potassium carbonate plus, sulphuric acid equals potassium sulphate, water and carbon dioxide.

Here is the BALANCED reaction eq'n.

K2CO3(s) + H2SO4(aq) = K2SO4(aq) + H2O(l) + CO2(g)

NB Remember ALL carbonates when reacted with an acid, form the salt plus water plus carbon dioxide.
