Ya i have a 89 Nissan 240sx my headlights go up when i push the knob to open them and its fine but when i do it again to make them go down it does work and i already replaced the motors and the relays?

It sounds like you might have an issue with the wiring or the switch itself. Since you've already replaced the motors and relays, check the headlight switch for any faults or wear. Additionally, inspect the wiring harness for any damaged wires or poor connections that could be preventing the motors from receiving the signal to retract.
