What is the difference between real and fake breasts?

Real boobs are perfectly natural... They were created by God, genes or however you view it

Fake boobs have been obtained through cosmetic surgery. A type of surgery that usually re-shapes, re-sizes or replaces a part of the body. Boob reduction surgery is usually done to prevent or remove pain in the back, I personally think this is natural and OK, but they are not your natural boobs.
