Who wrote it's a funny old world that we live in but the world's not entirely to blame?

The late Anthony Newley and his long time collaborater Leslie Bricusse; the men that brought such hits as "What Kind of Fool Am I?", "Gonna Build A Mountain", "Who Can I Turn To?"and others. Newley died of cancer in 1999.
