What kind of animal eat cows?

Cows don't eat other animals - they're vegetarian ! However in the past some cattle feeds contained animal by products containing ground up bone, and other bovine parts. That practiced has ceased as it is thought to be the major contributor to mad cow disease. As with anything that is cannibalistic, it can cause bad problems.
