No one can be for sure. No one can read minds. He knows what he wants and who he likes. You have to find this out for youself. Try talking to him more often and act friendly, as if not hinting that you like him. If you did, it might make him of his girlfriend angry. Become friends and if he ever breaks up with the other girl, talk him how you feel if you really want it to be a relationship. If not, than just stay friends. Who knows?
