Is Ukraine a poor country

Ukraine is not a "well-developed" country, however it is not a "developing" country either. Its a developed country.

It is poor in contrast with much of the rest of the Europe, especially Western Europe, but in comparison with most countries of South America, Asia and Africa, Ukraine is doing very well.
