>> Receiving/Warehousing/Shipping/Transportation planning and control;

>> Inventory Planning and Control;

>> With Manufacturing and Marketing/Sales Mgt, development and implementation of Production Plans and Schedules

>> Timely in-plant delivery of materials to manufacturing locations;

>> Timely removal of finished materials from manufacturing locations;

>> Timely and accurate reporting of Materials Inventories, Locations and Purchasing Activities and Pricing Variances to Plant Comptroller.

>> Budgeting, Control and Reporting of all internal expenditures.

>> Control and storage of In Process Materials when needed;

>> and in some organizations, the Plant Security Force.
