Why do girls like shopping and boys don't?

Girls like shopping because they think more about their appearance than most boys. Some boys do care about their appearance, but not nearly as many as girls do. We do not know why for that matter. But since clothing has to do with your appearance, girls choose to wear a certain style of clothing, for people to notice them. Boys really don't care less.
