It really depends how you use it.

If you smoke it, your mouth will rot out. If you blow it, you will more than likely develop pretty serious chemical burns in your nasal cavities and throat.

For a real life story, my cousin is a methamphetamine addict, who started using maybe three years ago. When he first started using, he was a rather attractive individual by popular standards. Great hair. Fantastic smile. Great skin. Well-built. Since then, he has spiraled into this shell of who he used to be. He is gaunt, his face and eyes sunken in. His skin is dried out, with various boil-like wounds on his face. He smokes it and because of it, has no teeth anymore. The portraits in the living room where he lives (now almost 40 and living with his parents) act as a chilling reminder of what this drug has done to him.
