An interesting question that is not just for an individual but for all Americans in the modern days of hypenated Americans. We are a Nation of Immigrants, and consider each American to be a part of the New World Melting Pot. There are Native Americans, African Americans, Irish Americans and other European variants. The Census Bureau records something called Pacific Islanders and American Indians and Alaskan Natives (AIAN) and Hispanic and Latinos and they exist but you will rarely hear about a New Zealander American or an Omani Ameri8can or a Turkish American. Puerto Ricans are listed on the Census Form but not American Samoans or Guamanians.
