La Bikina is the title of a song by Mexican composer Ruben Fuentes.

According to the Spanish Wikipedia we was walking along the beach with his son when he commented that a woman in a bikini should be called "La Bikina", hence a made-up Word that inspired him to write the song of the same name.

There is also the legend of an orphan girl raised by Carmelite nuns. She was reportedly stolen by a soldier captivated by her beauty but the event traumatized her and she wandered silently, performing domestic work but never uttering a Word. The people called her "La Bikina".
