It is estimated about 500,000. That is all. However, they all came from the same region in Africa. The West coast of Africa all centrally around Sierra Leone. Bunce Island was the slave processing center for Henry Laurens (former President of the Continental Congress of the United States of America) and shipped the most valuable people who were most techanically proficient in cultivating rice.
