Ahh u mean Cui!! Cui and vegeta both worked for Freeza and were sorta always competitive with each other..least that's the vibe u get when they meet up on namek. Cui kinda says sumthin like "Vegeta once again ure power level doenst surpass my own.."or sumthin and vegeta tells him while he was on Earth he learnt how to surpress his power level..then he blows him up..Good ol Vegeta!!
