How much should it cost for a third nipple removal?

I recently had mine removed. I did SOOOO much research on the topic and every place told me to go to a plastic surgeon. I contacted a few that quoted me $500+. This was too much for me, so I tried something else. Last year, I had to go to my dermatologist to remove a welt-like mass on my leg. I figured if she could remove that, she may be able to remove my accessory nipple. She said the only way to determine WHAT it was, was to remove it. 3 stitches and 20 minutes later, I had just 2 nipples. This was a few days ago and I have yet to hear the results of what it really was, but I am curious. So, go to a dermatologist, MUCH cheaper. Say it's irritiating with the clothes you wear and that you do not remember having it for your whole life - they may need a medical reason to remove it. So, mine cost a $40 co-pay.
