When did the mother of god die?

According to Christian theology, Jesus Christ was the earthly incarnation of God, and was born to Mary of Nazareth. Following Jesus's crucifixion and Resurrection, Mary lived out her life to an age not listed in Biblical sources. At that point, the Roman Catholic view is that she was assumed bodily into Heaven. This is celebrated by the church's holy day called the Feast of the Assumption (normally August 15).
