Who is older naruto or Sasuke?

actually sasuke IS older than naruto, because of the fact that sasuke was born in July and naruto in october. in the manga (500-501) you can see that sasuke was already born, while naruto's mom was pregnant.sasuke is about 3 months older than naruto.

note: some answers under are wrong!

Sasuke: July 23

Naruto: october 10

but naruto is older

why is naruto older because he failed 2 times to get a head band

that dosent make sense July is before october and if he did fail 2 he probobly started early

Exactly plus if you saw the first episode it says 12 yrs ago Konoha was under attack by the Nine-tails and if you do research it says over the course of the first series Sasuke is 12 - 13 and so is Naruto but since the bdays are July and October in the 2nd series Sasuke is 16 straight and Naruto is 15 - 16 and has been away for only 2 and a half years DUH!!!.

Actually Sasuke was 15-16 in Part 2 too.

We can't tell who is older right now, it could be the Acadamy starts in September and Naruto turned 12 right on October, or he could have turned 11 and would have become 12 in the next year.

If you guys read the manga when Killer Bee helps Naruto train to control the fox. And when Naruto's mom helps him. You can see in a flash back 12 years ago when the nine tails' attacks the village that Sasuke was already born (Itachi was holding him) and Naruto was just born. So Sasuke is older than Naruto.

Well actually Sasuke is older because on one of the mangas that I read, Naruto's mom was still pregnate when Sasuke's mom already had Sasuke

If you think about it in terms of a Japanese school year; oldest to youngest would be Sasuke, Naruto then Sakura i think .. anyone agree? :)
