How do you address a couple when the husband has been knighted?

Ex. As Sir and Lady Hayworth-Jones.

When a lady receives the Order of the British Empire , she is thenceforward referred to as Dame , i.e. Dame Hayworth-Jones, but her husband is properly referred to as the Hon. Mr.John Hayworth-Jones. Unless he has his own Honors or titles of his own.
