Who discovered the first husky?

The Siberian Husky breed was developed by the Chukchi people of Siberia, who used these dogs for sledding and companionship. While no single individual "discovered" the husky, the breed gained wider recognition in the early 20th century during the Alaskan gold rush and subsequent dog sled races.
