How do i talk to a guy when he's never alone?

To talk to a girl that is never alone there many ways to speak to her.

You could either:

a) Use the direct approach and ask her if you could speak in private.

b) Pass her note.

c) If you have her number call or text her.

Dont be intimidated by girls that are very popular just build up your courage and talk to her. But.......

Be careful. There might be some people around her that will make her say certain things to you that she doesnt mean. Try asking her politely to speak privately. Using the direct approach I believe is best.
