No! During the Paleozoic, Earth saw the first fishes, amphibians, & reptiles-- not humans. Humans didn't appear on Earth until the Cenozoic Era (and even then, it's more towards the end of the Cenozoic than the beginning of the Cenozoic Era that they appeared). So don't let Flintstones and similar things fool you-- humans haven't been around since the beginning of the world.
