Loosen the bolt on the rear axle. Tighten the 10mm bolts, EVENLY. Measure the distance between the frame and the rim, make sure it's equal.

Give your chain about 1-1.5 inch play in the bottom middle, (between wheel sprocket and output sprocket-on the gear box).

Do this is small increments, 1/2 turn at a time, then measure.

Re-tighten the main bolt, make sure it's quite tight, otherwise you'll lose your wheel.

Best thing is to use 1/2 inch ratchet with a 24 inch handle extension (pipe or something that can fit over the ratchets handle)
