Why would someone have pastrophobia?

i suffer from pastrophobia....therapist belive that i may have had a dream when i was a toddler involving pies...that scared my mind beyond belief ..i never rememeber a moment in life when i wasnt scared of them nor can my family ...i can be near them in shops it just in my house or friends/family homes ....and its only pies in a whole ...
