It is basically about the company which specializes in creative toys and other innovative materials for children. The company now needs about 200 new employees for five new outlets. I think in order to have the best team for this new outlets, at first the company can start looking from inside the company- for the employees who have been there for a while now and understand the business quite well. They should rather have new hires for the positions which can easily be filled and a person can learn those works easily.
