There are typically no fees for using a Visa cash or debit cards for shopping transactions or ATM withdralws in ones own country. The only exception may be making cash withdrawals from another banks ATM network. Some card issuers will charge a fee for this. Using the card abroad at ATM's or for shopping will usually incur a currency conversion charge.fee plus a flat rate overseas ATM fee.
