How do you get past the electric fence on nabooti island?

In the Diamond mines, you will need a hard hat to reach the timer that temporarily turns off the power to the electric fence. (You get the hard hat by completing the Safari.) There is a hole in the fence at the far upper right, across the conveyor belt.

Enter the mine and press the button that turns the timer fully in one direction. Before the power comes back on, you have to reach the hole in the fence. Run left, up the ore pile, jump onto the conveyor belt, then go right and through the gap to reach the barrel by the fence.
