Why did the British colonize North America?

Money. Trade, raw materials, etc. etc...

Ummm cause of these reasons at the bottom:

1. The economy

2. Competetion (they didnt want to loose to French and Spain)

3. Loose of land (they didnt have enough land in Britain)

4. Religious rights.

And these are the reasons they went to North America....I have no clue if you need this anymore but just incae..
