How do you replace wipers blades on 98 dodge neon?

The 1998 Dodge Neon has hook-end wiper arm attachments. See related link below for video, however there is usually a button or tab that you press where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook. Pull wiper blade out of hook. Sometimes you need to rotate and flex blade to make enough clearance.
