Why would the starch go out of the bag?

Starch may exit the bag due to diffusion, a process where molecules move from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration. If the bag is permeable or has small openings, the starch can seep out, especially if it is in a solution or if the bag is not properly sealed. Additionally, physical disturbances or pressure changes could also contribute to the starch escaping the bag.
