Is it normal for 5 ft tall girl to weigh 79 lbs?

Amai Liu is 5'0" and weigh 79LBS. I have seen her step on the scale in one of her DVD's. She looks really good to me! So normal? No. But HOT? YES! YES! I would think you are Perfect!!
