it depends what you want to know.

if ythey know you like them:

consider asking about family and hobbys, show that you are interested. Tell them how you feel, Evan if its not to there face nothing risked nothing gained.

If they don't know.

Again show interest in what they don't ask them personal questions, you can ask them about there relasionship past and what they see in guys/gurls. When things start getting heated up ask them how they feel about you. Tell them you like them because if you dnt risk anything then you don't gain anything either.
