A set of latitude/longitude coordinates describes the location of a single point
on the Earth's surface, so it's not possible for a whole country, or a whole city,
or even a whole footstep, to be exactly right there.
The point you've described is located in northeastern Egypt, about 74 miles
west of the center of Cairo, but it's not correct to say that Egypt is located
there. There are an infinite number of other points that are also in Egypt but
have different coordinates.
