Is there action replay cheat code to be waluigi?

i think this is wat u do go to the mirror room run up to the mirror turn around and go to the Luigi painting and if u cant get in to the painting i think is go get luigi and jump in to the wario painting go to chief chilly and look at his mustache and the gombosses mustache it looks like luigi's mustache and back to chief chilly and look at his mustache i looks exactly like waluigi's mustache and look at the 2 paintings when u look at the 2 paintings 1 look a wario's painting he has the same background as luigi's but its purple a luigi's background is green so bye bye for now
