What dress size might a 5' 3 146 pound female be?

depends. I'm 5'3" 146 lbs and typically a 10 fits, but I can also find dresses in an 8. It could be the 8 is really a 10, but the mfg labels them lower.

My ideal weight is 120lbs and at that size I'm wearing a 4. Hope that helps.
