What was the name of the boy who sang oh happy day in sister act 2?

Ryan Toby is a soul singer and actor and is known as the baritenor in the group City High. He is probably best known for playing Wesley Glen Ahmal James (the boy who hit the high note in Oh Happy Day) in Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit.
