How do you permanently put bluetooth visible on Samsung Galaxy?

on my Samsung galaxy note you go into settings make sure Bluetooth switched on

open blue settings with your finger

when you see my device and device name screen

click on menu button bottom left of phone

3 things pop up

rename device

visibility time out

received files

click on visibility time out

settings are 2 minutes 5 mins 1 hour and never time out

Unfortunately you can't. It's for security reasons. It sucks, doesn't it?
