There are a few ways to become rich in Habbo:

Firstly, you can buy credits outright, this is an expensive but easy way to start on your path to becoming rich on Habbo. On Habbo US a credit costs $0.25.

Secondly, there is merchanting. Similar to real-life pawn shops, the retailer will buy ''furni'' for a low price and sell it at a higher rate, thus making profit that can be reinvested into the business. Merchanting is a safe way of making profit, so long as you are well informed of items actual value and cannot be influenced by other Merchants.

Thirdly, one can set up a casino. Casino's make profit by taking a wager on chance games, often with a low payout rates, ie 1/6 in some dice games. Fourthly, one can run a games room. Games rooms let their players play game, often with the promise of a prize, and offer options to ''Pay to stay'' (p2s) once beaten.
