National Teddy Bear Day is on September 9th, always. Actually National Teddy Bear day is unknown. Some say it was was the 8th of February. Some say it was the 9th of SEPTEMBER. Wrong. Who knows when National Teddy Bear Day is. If you do, improve this question. :) :) :)
