Did Alexander Graham Bell's brothers Melly and Edward die?

I think Edward died of Tuberculous. However, I am not sure how Melville (Melly) died. I remember that in a book I read about Alexander's life that he named his son after Edward (although his dies after having respiratory problems several hours after birth).
