What is the difference between property and change?

A property is an aspect of a sustenance, such as its color, density, (physical properties) and what it will and won't react with (chemical properties).

A change is just what it sounds like, something changing. Examples include ice melting, or glass shattering (physical changes) or oxygen reacting with hydrogen to form water (a chemical change).
