Was the annunaki gods the creators of humans on earth?

according to the summerians and there writings and beliefes,that predates everything here on earth i would say yes.....and that they had tamper with the dna of the nethertal man to create workers for them...but they started to mate with the half links women and created giants which had to be destroyed as it was not wanted and right according to the gods....
