Can you use a Westpac eftpos card aka handy card in PayPal is so please could some one write a tutorial for me?

Sign up to pay pal click profile>add or edit bank account. and enter your bank account number.

If you are under 18 you cannot make a PayPal account due to Australian laws.

However, i can show you how

If you have a mobile device like an iphone, iPod touch, Samsung&nokia touch phones then; (if not then you cannot do this)

1. Download the Paypal application

2. Register (it wont ask for your credit card

3. Login

4. Add your bank account
