How do you remove sticky stencils from walls?

Use a hair dryer or iron to loosen it then scrape it off with a putty knife. Any adhesive left behind can be taken off with Goo-off or another brand of adhesive remover.

Lighter fluid is another option but lighting the house on fire isn't the best idea. Stick to the brand name removers.
