The Karnak Temple is a vast ancient Egyptian temple complex located in Luxor. It is one of the largest religious complexes in the world, dedicated primarily to the god Amun but also to other Egyptian deities. It was constructed over a period of 2000 years, from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic period.
