What was the president Wilson's peace plan at the end of World War 1 called?

President Wilson's plan was, "Peace without victory." It was an attempt to end the war without imposing harsh conditions on the loser in the hopes of preventing future wars. His proposal was called the 14 Points. It was 14 proposals that called for an amicable peace, self determination for colonies, freedom of the seas, no secret alliances and more. For him the most important point was the creation of a League of Nations that would arbitrate future disputes and head off war. Sadly, the European powers (England, France, and to some extent Italy) all had an agenda that compromised these points and imposed a harsh peace on Germany, leading to a quest for revenge, the rise of Adolf Hitler and World War II; all the things Wilson hoped to avoid.
